At Seven Sisters Doula Services, we provide continuous, non-medical support for women and families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Whether you're birthing in a hospital or at home with a midwife, we are committed to supporting your well-being every step of the way. We believe in you as the leader of your birth experience and offer evidence-based childbirth education to help you clarify and create your birth preferences ahead of time. We’ll be with you in the birth room, offering unwavering support, advocacy, and care at each stage of your journey.

Communication with her was always clear and thoughtful, and we appreciated how much time she took to check in and prepare us—both before and after our daughter was born.
We had two or three visits leading up to the birth, and two follow-up visits afterward, and each one felt incredibly helpful and grounding. Abby went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like bringing home-cooked meals, lactation cookies, and even a beautiful homemade blanket, which meant so much to us as new parents.
